Global Way Rentals strives to provide flexible reservation options and clear refund terms for all customers.
Reservation Cancellation
Reservations may be canceled before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees depend on the type of reservation and the timing of cancellation.
“Pay at pickup” reservations may be canceled without penalty prior to pickup time. Prepaid reservations may be subject to a cancellation processing fee.
Failure to cancel a reservation and not picking up the vehicle may result in a no-show fee.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

Reservation canceled before pickup

Company-initiated cancellation

Early Returns
Returning a vehicle earlier than scheduled does not guarantee a refund for unused rental time unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit may be used to cover additional rental time, fuel differences, tolls, traffic violations, cleaning, or damage.
After the vehicle is returned and inspected, the deposit will be released. Bank processing times may take 3–7 business days.
No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without canceling the reservation, the booking may be canceled and cancellation fees may apply.
Modifications
Reservation changes, including rental extensions, are subject to vehicle availability and updated pricing.
